A beautiful like isn't measured by how much you build, but by how deeply you get to live it.

It is Saturday morning, and today is the big day!

The Clean Living Basket Giveaway is finally happening this afternoon. I am not gonna lie... I'm nervous about going live. But my excitement is stronger than my nerves, so I'm just going to do it anyway.

It took a LOT longer to reach 1,000 followers than I thought it would. There were times I wondered if we'd ever get there. But here we are.

I'm honestly just really proud.

Not because of the number.

Because of what it represents.

This Clean Living line isn't just another group of products sitting on a shelf. It is the direction I've been trying to take Mind Body Soul for a long time. It feels like me. It feels intentional. It feels like the business I've always wanted to build.

What's funny is... my vision has changed over the years.

When I first started dreaming about Mind Body Soul, I had BIG dreams. Huge dreams.

I wanted people to travel here. I wanted events and experiences and this big destination that people talked about.

And I still think that idea would work.

But somewhere along the way, I realized something.

I don't actually want to spend every waking hour building a business.

I want to build a life.

Those are two completely different things.

This version of Mind Body Soul gives me something I didn't realize I wanted so badly...

Freedom.

Freedom to spend time with my grandkids.

Freedom to work at a pace that doesn't completely consume me.

Freedom to actually enjoy the life I'm creating instead of always chasing the next thing.

My oldest grandson spent the night with me last night, and we had the best time. We went out to eat, came home, made slime, laughed, and just hung out.

Those moments matter.

On the way to Runza, after a long work week and looking at a sink full of dishes that I had absolutely no intention of washing before we left, Kenny looked over at me and said,

"Gma... you're the BEST! Gma, I love you!"

Cue the tears.

Even this morning, typing that, it gets me.

THAT is what nourishes my Mind, Body & Soul.

Not bigger numbers.

Not bigger buildings.

Not working 80 hours a week.

That.

It's funny how easy it is to get caught up in what's going wrong, especially when money is tight. It's really easy to slip into that "poor me" mindset and only see what you don't have.

But this morning, I looked around my house instead.

I saw a home my grandkids love coming to.

I saw a business that is finally becoming exactly what I hoped it would be.

I saw a routine that actually feels good instead of exhausting.

And I realized...

I fought really hard for this life.

Not a perfect life.

Just one that feels peaceful.

One that lets me spend Friday nights making slime instead of answering emails.

One where my grandkids actually want to spend time with Grandma.

That's worth more to me than I can even put into words.

Today's giveaway is exciting. Hitting 1,000 followers is exciting.

But those are just milestones.

The real win is waking up and realizing that, little by little, you've built a life you're actually excited to live.

I think that's something worth celebrating too.

Some Advice:

Don't get so focused on chasing the next milestone that you forget to enjoy the life you're building along the way.

Sometimes we spend so much time looking at what we don't have that we miss everything we've already created.

Take a few minutes today and really look around.

You might realize you're already living pieces of the life you once wished for.
