Turning A Corner

Last night, I almost gave in to a loud cake craving... but instead, I made a different choice. I dusted off my Wii, completed an hour of movement, earned my first Punch Stamp in years, and rediscovered a part of myself I thought I'd lost. Sometimes motivation doesn't come first. Sometimes it shows up after you do.
