Today, I officially begin Phase 2 — and I’m genuinely excited about it.

Phase 1 was a success. It did exactly what it was meant to do: it helped me slow down, look at all the possible paths in front of me, and consciously design what this journey means to me this time around. It was about orientation. Direction. Choice.

And now, I’m ready to move forward — fully charged and ready to dig deeper.

This phase looks very different for me than the first time I took the 365 Days of Me journey. Previously, my focus leaned heavily into mental health. This time, my energy has shifted. Phase 2 is about physical health first — roughly 80% body, 15% soul, and 5% mind.

And honestly? This feels right.

I’m in a really good place mentally. Creating this journey — not just for myself, but to share with others — has unlocked such a strong creative and motivated energy in me. I wake up excited to get out of bed and write. Designing these journals and shaping this program into something sustainable long-term has given me a deep sense of purpose.

So much so that I find myself staying up late — especially on weekends — because I can’t pull myself away from the work. It doesn’t feel draining. It feels aligned.

What’s been interesting to notice is how naturally my body has responded to this shift. I’m instinctively reaching for movement. When a phone call pulls me away from creating, I hop on the stability ball or the shake plate. I do adrenal tapping, arm swings, and gentle movement instead of sinking into stillness. Yesterday alone, I used the shake plate three separate times for ten minutes each, and the stability ball at least twice.

Small changes are showing up everywhere.

I pulled out my Bluetooth headphones so I can keep my phone away from my body while I talk. I used to tuck it into my bra so I could multitask — something that’s now known to create radiation hot spots, and that’s not a risk I’m willing to take. I’ve also been paying close attention to my food choices, especially noticing when the urge to “just order pizza” creeps in.

That awareness has been really telling. It’s helped me recognize what needs to change at the grocery store. If I want to avoid eating out, I have to have quick, healthy, protein-rich options on hand. Phase 1 helped me improve a lot in this area — and Phase 2 is about bringing more intention, intensity, and commitment to elevating it further.

So today, I begin Phase 2 grounded, clear, and ready.

Not questioning.
Not hesitating.
Just moving forward — on purpose.

Journal Prompts

  • Where do I feel the strongest sense of clarity right now in my life or work?

  • What am I feeling ready to move forward on — without overthinking it?

  • What has already shifted internally that makes this next step possible?

  • Where can I trust momentum instead of waiting for certainty?

  • What does aligned action look like for me today — not someday?

You don’t need a full plan to move forward. You only need the willingness to take the next honest step.
